I am in my thirties, I am plus sized, and I am purposely holding out on having kids atm. I don’t apologize for any of it. Living my life, loving the gym, and loving growing stronger as I grow older 😁😉💕 shoutout to @planetfitness for my fave gym and @fabletics for my super cute gym fits!! Plus size bodies are gym bodies! Feeling confident and fabulous if my workout flare pant from @fabletics ! Working out at my favorite place, @planetfitness !! And thankful for @ghostenergy / @ghostlifestyle for that caffiene boost!!! Let me know if you wanna see another workout routine… or a more specific breakdown of what I do in a gym day. Don’t confuse consistency with perfection…. Demanding perfection from yourself will only squash your self confidence and paralyze your momentum. Be gracious, be kind, and just show up for yourself. Consistency will create space for you 💖 Grace and kindness will keep you there. 💖 shoutout to @fabletics for my very cute gym fits! And @planetfitness for my fave gym #curvygirl #gymgirl #bodypositivity #bodyconfidence #plussize

For those looking for plus size creators, encouragement to love yourself where you are, motivation to hit the gym, or you’re just here cause you like the vibes, I am glad you found me! 💖💖💖 shoutout to @fabletics for my cute fit and @planetfitness for my fave gym 💖👏 #curvy #plussize #gymgirl #plussizefitness #bodypositivity

Being Body positive is not about rejecting health consciousness, It is about rejecting shame… giving yourself grace and loving yourself fully. 💖😊 #bodypositivity #gymmotivation #curvygirl #plussize #plussizefitness

Just in case you missed this earlier 💖😉 @fabletics #curvygirl #plussize #gymgirl #fabletics

I recommend using headphones for listening to this 😉 …. I used to be a nervous Nelly when it came to performing. I Was so wrapped up in people approving of me that it would wreck my nervous system and in turn made me feel as if every negative thought concerning myself was gospel truth. Many years and stages later, I can say that I have grown and learned how to use my instrument effectively and treat myself with grace and kindness… which has turned performing and the stage into one of my most favorite places in this whole wide world. 🌎 💖🎤🎶 shoutout to the band, @carolinatumbleweedband for doing this with me. And to @juicybodygoddess2.0 for these Very stage worthy pants! Yall make me look good 💖👏😁💖 #curvygirl #singer #rhythmandblues #liveband #vocalist

I swear I know the song. I still get it wrong a lot more than I probably should! Sorry! I will work on it! But, at least I was committed to the performance. I think I should get points for that! 🎶💜😂🤷‍♀️ shoutout to @juicybodygoddess2.0 for the coolest bedazzled pants that sparkled and shined on stage with me! And @carolinatumbleweedband for backing me even when I make “whoopsies!” Yall are the best 😂#curvygirl #vocals #livesinging #soulmusic #soulsinger
